2. Products and prices
Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), net: Atelier Florens is not registered for VAT. Pieces are handmade in the workshop; slight variations in shade, grain or finish are normal and give each piece its character. Offers are limited to available stock. Pieces shown as "made to order" are made after agreement by email.
3. Order and payment
An order is concluded once payment is confirmed. Payment is made online, securely, by card or Twint, via Stripe. Atelier Florens has no access to your payment details. A confirmation email is sent after your order.
4. Delivery and pick-up
Delivery terms (times, fees, countries) and free pick-up at the workshop are detailed on the Shipping and returns page.
5. Returns
Atelier Florens offers a voluntary 14-day return right, detailed on the Shipping and returns page. Made-to-measure or personalised pieces (for example with hot stamping) cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Warranty
The statutory two-year warranty for defects applies. Any defect must be reported within 30 days of its discovery, by email to contact@atelierflorens.com, with photos if possible. Leather is a natural material that changes with use (patina): this is not a defect.
7. Gift cards
A gift card is valid for 12 months from purchase and is used in a single purchase for the exact amount bought, on atelierflorens.com or at the workshop. It is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
8. Workshops
A workshop booking is confirmed by payment; the exact date is then agreed with you based on the time slots you propose. Free cancellation up to 7 days before the workshop, with a full refund. After that, the amount is not refunded. If you do not show up without notice, the spot is forfeited. If Atelier Florens cancels the workshop, you choose between a full refund or a rescheduled date.
9. Personal data
See the privacy policy.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
