Shipping and returns

Shipping

• Countries served: Switzerland, France, Germany, Italy, Austria.
• Fee: CHF 10 for Switzerland, CHF 20 for France, Germany, Italy and Austria. The fee applies to the whole order, regardless of the number of items.
• Dispatch time: within 5 working days of the order for in-stock pieces.
• Carrier: Swiss Post, tracked shipping: a tracking number is sent to you at dispatch.
• Outside Switzerland: any customs duties and local taxes are borne by the customer.

You receive a confirmation email after ordering. Your order is shipped as soon as possible.

Workshop pick-up

Free pick-up: Rue de Carouge 97, 1205 Geneva, by appointment. After your order, the workshop contacts you to arrange a date.

Returns

• Period: 14 days from receipt.
• Conditions: unused piece, in good condition, in its packaging.
• Return costs: borne by the customer.
• Refund: within 14 days of receiving the return, to the payment method used for the order.
• Made-to-measure or personalised pieces: not returnable.
