Data collected

When you order, buy a gift card or book a workshop: name, email address, delivery address, phone number (pick-up and workshops) and order content. Through our contact forms: the information you write to us. With your consent (cookie banner): anonymised visit statistics.

Purposes

To process and deliver your order, contact you about it, answer your requests, meet our accounting obligations and improve the site.

Service providers

• Stripe: online payment (card, Twint). Your payment details are processed by Stripe, never by the workshop.
• Resend: sending of confirmation emails.
• Netlify: site hosting.
• Google Analytics: visit statistics, only if you accept cookies.

Some of these providers are located abroad, notably in the United States.

Retention

Your data is kept as long as needed to process your order, then for the period required by legal obligations (notably accounting, up to 10 years).

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, within the limits of our legal obligations, by email to contact@atelierflorens.com.

Audience measurement cookies are only enabled with your consent; you can refuse or withdraw it at any time.
