Refund policy

We hope your piece brings you complete satisfaction. Should it not meet your expectations, we are pleased to offer exchanges exclusively, as we do not provide refunds.

Exchange Conditions
Items must be returned in pristine, unused condition, accompanied by all original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Requests for exchange must be made within 30 days of receipt. We kindly ask that you contact us in advance so we may arrange the process and provide you with a return shipping label.

Return shipping costs are approximately CHF 25.

Once your item has been received and carefully inspected, we will proceed with the exchange for your selected replacement. Should there be a difference in price, the balance will either be refunded or invoiced accordingly.
